Πολιτική Απορρήτου Ψήφος

Το Ψήφος είναι εφαρμογή iOS της PRAESI Technologies Ltd. Δείχνει πώς ψηφίζουν οι βουλευτές και οι ευρωβουλευτές της Κύπρου και πώς κάλυψαν κάθε ψηφοφορία τα κυπριακά μέσα ενημέρωσης.

Με λίγα λόγια: Το Ψήφος δεν έχει λογαριασμούς, analytics, διαφημίσεις ή παρακολούθηση. Η εφαρμογή δεν συλλέγει προσωπικά δεδομένα.

1. Στη συσκευή σας

Όσοι παρακολουθείτε, η ρύθμιση ειδοποιήσεων και αντίγραφο των δημόσιων δεδομένων για χρήση εκτός σύνδεσης. Παραμένουν στη συσκευή σας και διαγράφονται μαζί με την εφαρμογή.

2. Αιτήματα δικτύου

Η εφαρμογή κατεβάζει το δημόσιο αρχείο δεδομένων από τον διακομιστή μας (Cloudflare) χωρίς αναγνωριστικό λογαριασμού, συσκευής ή διαφήμισης. Όπως κάθε διακομιστής, το Cloudflare επεξεργάζεται τη διεύθυνση IP σας για να παραδώσει το αρχείο· εμείς δεν την καταγράφουμε ούτε τη διατηρούμε. Οι επίσημες φωτογραφίες ευρωβουλευτών φορτώνονται από το howtheyvote.eu. Οι σύνδεσμοι που πατάτε ανοίγουν στο πρόγραμμα περιήγησης, με την πολιτική απορρήτου του αντίστοιχου ιστότοπου.

3. Ειδοποιήσεις

Οι ειδοποιήσεις νέων ψηφοφοριών προγραμματίζονται τοπικά στη συσκευή σας. Δεν μας αποστέλλεται κανένα αναγνωριστικό. Μπορείτε να τις απενεργοποιήσετε ανά πάσα στιγμή.

4. Αιτήματα υποστήριξης

Αν επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας μέσω της σελίδας υποστήριξης ή με email, χρησιμοποιούμε το όνομα, το email, τα στοιχεία της συσκευής και το μήνυμά σας μόνο για να σας απαντήσουμε, και τα κρατάμε μόνο όσο χρειάζεται για το αίτημά σας. Η φόρμα προστατεύεται από το Google reCAPTCHA.

5. Πηγές δεδομένων

Δημόσια αρχεία ψηφοφοριών του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου (μέσω HowTheyVote.eu, άδεια ODbL), ρεπορτάζ για τις ψηφοφορίες της Βουλής των Αντιπροσώπων και σύνδεσμοι προς άρθρα από δημόσιες ροές κυπριακών μέσων. Η εφαρμογή δείχνει μόνο το μέσο, την ημερομηνία και έναν σύνδεσμο που ανοίγει το άρθρο στην ιστοσελίδα του ίδιου του μέσου· τίτλος εμφανίζεται μόνο όπου το μέσο έχει συμφωνήσει γραπτώς.

6. Τα δικαιώματά σας

Δεν τηρούμε προσωπικά δεδομένα από την εφαρμογή. Μπορείτε να ζητήσετε πρόσβαση ή διαγραφή της αλληλογραφίας υποστήριξης ανά πάσα στιγμή, και να υποβάλετε καταγγελία στο Γραφείο του Επιτρόπου Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα.

8. Δεδομένα αιρετών αντιπροσώπων

Η εφαρμογή δείχνει τα ονόματα, το κόμμα, την εκλογική περιφέρεια, τα επίσημα πορτρέτα και τις καταγεγραμμένες ψήφους των βουλευτών και ευρωβουλευτών της Κύπρου. Πρόκειται για επίσημες δημόσιες πράξεις αιρετών αξιωματούχων. Τα επεξεργαζόμαστε με βάση το έννομο συμφέρον (άρθρο 6(1)(στ) ΓΚΠΔ) και για δημοσιογραφικούς σκοπούς (άρθρο 85 ΓΚΠΔ· Ν. 125(I)/2018, άρθρο 29). Δεν καταρτίζουμε προφίλ και χρησιμοποιούμε μόνο επίσημες πηγές. Αντιπρόσωπος που θεωρεί ότι κάποια εγγραφή είναι λανθασμένη μπορεί να γράψει στο operations@praesi.ai.

9. Περιλήψεις με τεχνητή νοημοσύνη

Οι περιλήψεις των ψηφοφοριών του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου παράγονται από μοντέλο τεχνητής νοημοσύνης (OpenAI) με βάση την επίσημη περίληψη του Κοινοβουλίου για κάθε κείμενο και φέρουν σήμανση στην εφαρμογή. Δεν εμπλέκονται προσωπικά δεδομένα χρηστών: το μοντέλο λαμβάνει μόνο το επίσημο κείμενο.

Psifos (Ψήφος) is an iOS app operated by PRAESI Technologies Ltd ("PRAESI", "we"). It shows how Cyprus's Members of Parliament and Members of the European Parliament vote, and how Cypriot media covered each vote. This policy explains what information the app and this website handle.

In short: Psifos has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app does not collect personal data.

1. Information stored on your device

The representatives you follow, whether new-vote alerts are on, and a cached copy of the public voting data so the app works offline. This information stays on your device. Deleting the app deletes it.

2. Network requests the app makes

Voting data: the app downloads a public data file from our server (psifos-data.mstefanou.workers.dev, hosted by Cloudflare). The request carries no account, device or advertising identifier. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the file; we do not log or keep it.

Links you tap, such as news articles and official sources, open in your browser and are covered by that website's own privacy policy.

3. Notifications

If you turn on new-vote alerts, iOS schedules them on your device. No push token or other identifier is sent to us. You can turn alerts off in the app or in iOS Settings at any time.

4. Support requests

If you contact us through the Psifos support page or by email, we use your name, email address, device details and message only to answer you, and keep them only as long as needed to handle your request. The support form on this website is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Where the voting information comes from

Psifos shows public information: European Parliament roll-call votes (via HowTheyVote.eu, ODbL licence), press reporting on votes in the House of Representatives, and links to articles in Cypriot news outlets' public feeds. The app shows the outlet, the date and a link that opens the article on the outlet's own site; a headline appears only where the outlet has agreed in writing.

6. Children

Psifos is a general-audience civic information app and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

7. Your rights

We hold no personal data from the app, so there is nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. You can ask us at any time to access or delete support correspondence. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.

10. Elected representatives' data

The app shows the names, party, constituency, official portraits and recorded votes of Cyprus's MPs and MEPs. These are official public acts of elected office-holders. We process them on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and for journalistic purposes (GDPR art. 85; Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018, s. 29). We do not profile anyone and use only official sources. A representative who believes a record is wrong can write to operations@praesi.ai.

11. AI summaries

Summaries of European Parliament votes are generated by an AI model (OpenAI) from the Parliament's official summary of each text and are labelled in the app. No personal data of app users is involved: the model receives only the official text.
